Terms of Service

HeyEnso helps you create project-grounded marketing research, strategy, content, creative direction, and campaign workflows. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use HeyEnso only for lawful business purposes.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use HeyEnso to create, publish, or promote deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or illegal content.

You retain ownership of the project information, files, brand assets, prompts, feedback, and other content you provide to HeyEnso. You grant HeyEnso the rights needed to host, process, generate, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide the service and complete workflows you request.

AI-generated outputs and campaign recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular platform, market, audience, or legal requirement. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and using outputs, campaigns, claims, budgets, targeting, and published work.

Google Ads workflows require you to connect accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for maintaining your relationship with Google and complying with its terms, advertising policies, privacy requirements, business verification requirements, and applicable laws.

HeyEnso will take Google integration actions only through product workflows you initiate or configure, such as discovering available accounts, preparing campaign drafts, managing campaign lifecycle actions, or sending configured notifications. You can disconnect Google integrations from your profile, and platform-side permissions can also be revoked in your Google account settings.

Paid plans, usage limits, credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are shown in the product or checkout flow. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are charged according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of HeyEnso, including integrations, models, features, limits, or pricing. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every third-party platform integration will remain available.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account or workspace violates these terms, platform policies, law, security requirements, payment obligations, or the rights of others. We may also remove content or block workflows when needed to protect HeyEnso, users, third-party platforms, or the public.

You can delete your account from inside HeyEnso. Account deletion removes your HeyEnso workspace data from active systems, subject to limited retention for legal, billing, tax, security, backup, dispute, and abuse-prevention purposes. Deleting HeyEnso does not automatically delete data already submitted to third-party platforms; manage that data in the relevant Google or other platform account.

HeyEnso is provided as a business software service and is not legal, financial, advertising compliance, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyEnso is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for HeyEnso in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to HeyEnso, platform requirements, or law. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@heyenso.com.
